Obituary

Peabody-
Constance (Connie) A. (Roy) Foisy, 85 of Peabody, formerly of Danvers, passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Monday July 6, 2020 from complications related to COVID-19. She was the devoted wife of the late Roland L. Foisy with whom she shared 38 years of marriage. Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Clarence O. Roy and Cecile M. (Poitras) Roy. Married to Roland in 1964, Connie devoted her life to the care of her family and friends. She spent her working years in retail sales before retiring due to health issues. Connie and Roland as well as her mother were active members of the Richelieu Clubs of Salem and North of Boston. She enjoyed traveling, especially many of the Richelieu sponsored trips in the northeast and Canada. She was also a member of the PAWV club of Peabody. Connie also enjoyed cooking and hosting family gatherings. She is survived by her son, Mark A. Foisy and his wife Kimberly of Peabody, her daughter, Christina A. King of Seabrook, NH, three grandchildren, Megan and Mark A. Foisy Jr. of Peabody and Stephen V. King II and his wife Tara of Salem, and one great granddaughter, Lily L. King also of Salem. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Stephen V. King of Seabrook, NH.
