Earl J. Clancy, 83, of Smithfield, died Wednesday, June 19, 2019, with family by his side, at Woodpecker Hill Nursing Home in Greene. He was the husband of Ruth S. (Dunlevy) Clancy. They had been married for 60 years.
Born in Providence, he was the last surviving child of the late Earl and Sadie Clancy. He was predeceased by his brother, Gerald and his sister, Carol.
Earl had most recently worked as a Realtor for DiBiase Realty in North Providence.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters: Patrice Clancy and Patrick Brown of Cranston, Kerry King and her husband, John of Smithfield and Claudia Kitson and her husband, Robert of Coventry and his four grandchildren: Alexis, Nicholas, Olivia and Samuel.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at 11am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will follow in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
