New Bedford – Linda M. (Arruda) Leblanc, 61, of New Bedford went home to be with the Lord on May 8, 2019 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Norman Leblanc.
Mrs. Leblanc was born in New Bedford, daughter of Flore (Dupont) Arruda the late Raymond Arruda, and was a lifelong resident of the city. She enjoyed crocheting, music, and flea marketing but most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren and going to the feast parades.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter: Tara Marie Roginski of Acushnet; 3 sons: Tee-jay Roginski of Martha’s Vineyard, Joseph L. Leon of New Bedford and Raymond Arruda Sr. and his wife, Stephanie, of New Bedford; 4 sisters: Donna M. Amaral of New Bedford, Kathy A. Valle of Wareham, Jeanine C. Almeida of New Bedford and Karen J. Alyasrie of Missouri; 8 grandchildren: Raymond Arruda, Jr., Ryan Arruda, Kyle Arruda, Tee-jay Roginski, Jr., Aydan Roginski, Joseph Leon, Jr., Nathan Leon and Shane Leon; 1 great-grandson: Jesse Leon; and several nieces & nephews.
