Jason Howard Boshart, 46 of Tifton passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2019, at Tift Regional Medical Center. His memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Glen Ford officiating. Mr. Boshart will be laid to rest at a later date.
Born April 25, 1972 in Utica, New York, Mr. Boshart was the son of Douglas Reed Boshart and Pamela Cassidy Boshart of Booneville, New York. He worked as a logger for many years and was a self-employed mechanic. He was also a volunteer fire-fighter. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Baby Johnson.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Boshart is survived by his wife, Angela Prysock Boshart of Tifton; two sons, Hunter Douglas Boshart and Dylan James Boshart, both of Tifton; two daughters, Sierra Marie Boshart and Jessica Johnson, both of Tifton; one grandson, Alex Saxon; one sister, Kim Fazekas of New York; and his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bonnie Joyce Davis and George Edward Davis of Tifton.
