Maureen I. Jakaus (Shea) age 75 of South Boston passed away peacefully on February 8, 2019 surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer.
Born in the South End of Boston on May 8, 1943, Maureen was the loving daughter of the late Cornelius and Ethel (Sheely) Shea. Devoted mother to Richard, Sean, and Kenneth. Dear sister to Thomas Shea, Donna Foscaldo, Paul Shea, Cornelius Shea and the late Kathy Murphy, Gurtrude Curtin, Robert Shea, and Michael Shea.
