Lisa J. Nelson (55) of Weymouth died February 3rd in the South Shore Hospital.
She was born in Brockton daughter of the late Henry and Constance (Holmes) Shanks. Lisa enjoyed gospel music, baking, cooking, sewing and cleaning. She loved "Sister Days" out.
Survivors include her loving daughter Tiana Carnes and a son Eric Lesperance both of Weymouth, (also mother of the late Jason Nelson), a granddaughter A'Myah, 2 sisters, Michele Stroud of Brockton and Melanie Shanks of Easton, 2 brothers, Michael Shanks of Weymouth and Mark Shanks of California.
Funeral Services and Visitation will be held in the Liberty Life Church 145 Bodwell Street Avon Saturday February 9th starting at 12 Noon. Cremation to follow.
