Martin "Dennis" Tittle, 85, of Anderson died January 8, 2019 at Community Hospital after an extended illness.
He was born February 5, 1933 in Burnt Prairie, Illinois, the son of Martin and Mae (Southerd) Tittle.
He worked supervision at Delco Remy division of General Motors for 36 years before retiring in 1987. Dennis was a member of Bethany Christian Church and several men's clubs. He opened a GM Plant in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 66 years, Gloria (Baker) Tittle of Anderson whom he married June 20, 1952; son, Dennis (Stephanie) Tittle; daughter, Denise Myers companion Ricky Moss; grandchildren, Dennis (Dacia) Tittle, Rick Voss, Jake Eiler, Tearle (Eric) Dwiggins, Chip Myers, Andrea Pewarski, Justin (Heather) Eiler, Jenna Eiler, Penny (Paul) Myers; great grandchildren, Trystahn (Fiancee Kelsey) Voss, Patrick (Jordan) Melton, Quinten, Colton, Remington, Haidyn, Destiny, DeAja, Gaige, Garrett, Devyn, Halee (Corey) Cox, Tyler, Clayton, Zoe; great-great-grandson, B.J. and two more on the way; sisters-in-law, Roberta Tittle and Sherry (Wayne) Van Hook; brother-in-law, Monte (Sue) Baker and several nieces and nephews.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Teresa Carr, sister, Mary Frances Ford, granddaughter, Tracy Nieczur, son-in-law, Landy Myers and brother, William Tittle.
Services will be held 12 noon on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Bob Bell officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service at noon Saturday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Second Harvest Food Bank or Bethany Christian Church Youth Group.
