TEWKSBURY: Diane M. (Theobald) LaFrance, age 71, a resident of Tewksbury for the past 6 years, passed away at Lowell General Hospital-Saints Campus on Thursday, January 3, 2019.
Born in Woburn on October 11, 1947, she was the daughter of the late William Theobald and the late Doris (Muse) Theobald.
Diane was raised in Stoneham, attended Stoneham schools and graduated from Stoneham High School in 1966.
Prior to her retirement, she worked as a legal receptionist at a local law firm.
She is survived by two sons, Derek J. LaFrance and his wife Hope of Nashville, TN, and Jamie L. LaFrance and his wife Alleah of Ludington, MI; her grandchildren, Eli, Leigha, and Grace LaFrance all of Nashville, TN, and Nicholas and Tiffany LaFrance both of Ludington, MI; her brother, William Theobald of Stoneham; also numerous extended family members.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Jan. 9, from 5-8 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, immediately followed by a prayer service to be held at the funeral home.
