NATICK: Jean. M. Ritchie, 86, resident of Natick, died on Sunday, December 23rd in Leonard Morse Hospital after a period of declining health.
Jean was born in Boston on February 7, 1932 to the (late) Edwin and Mary (Keenan) Ritchie and lived in the area all her life.
Jean worked in retail, as a buyer, until her retirement from E.A. Davis Department Store in Wellesley after a long career with them.
Jean was happiest during time spent on Nantucket.
In addition to her parents, Jean is predeceased by her siblings: Edwin Ritchie, Evelyn Morris and Helen Ritchie.
Jean is survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to visitation in the Chapel of John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, Natick, MA 01760 on Saturday, December 29th from 10:00 – 11:45 A.M. A service at 12:00 P.M. will follow the visitation in the Chapel.
