Janet M. Manning, 88, passed away Sunday December 16th, with family by her side, after a brief illness.
Janet was born in Natick, MA and graduated from Natick High School. She worked for New England Telephone for many years.
Janet was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Mae) Manning. Predeceased by her brother George and his wife Jeanne along with brothers Kenneth and John Manning. Survived by her sister, Lorraine Manning of Natick. Also survived by many cousins and friends.
A lifelong resident of Natick, Janet loved her home and her family. She enjoyed summers on the Cape. Janet was a devoted caregiver for her parents and siblings throughout her life.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 12 P.M. at St. Patrick Church, 44 East Central Street, Natick. Burial to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held 10:00-11:30 AM Thursday morning prior to service at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. In lieu of flowers donations in Janet’s memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute 450 Brookline Ave., Boston, MA 02115.
