Obituary

Northborough__ Theodore E. Kalinowski, 82, of Northborough passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018 in Beaumont Nursing and Rehabilitation, Westborough. He is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Diane (Hamelin) Kalinowski. He also leaves three sons, Theodore E. Kalinowski, Jr., and his wife Tammy of Grafton, Brian Kalinowski and his wife Melissa of Seymour, CT., and Glenn Kalinowski and his wife Lynnette of Shrewsbury; sisters, Jane Rose of Upton and Genevieve Rose of Whitinsville; seven grandchildren, Amanda, Matthew, Andrew, Cassidy, Katelyn, Stephanie and Mitchell. He is predeceased by brothers, Richard, Leo, Vincent, Stephan, Chester and sisters, Helen Kalinowski and Statia Kaminski. He was born in Boylston a son of Stephen and Mary (Lemanski) Kalinowski.
Mr. Kalinowski was a technology facilitator and elementary educator in the Worcester School system for thirty-five years prior to his retirement. . He received two Masters Degrees from Worcester State (College) University, a Bachelor Degree from Clark University and an Associate Degree from the former Worcester Junior College. He was a veteran of the US Army serving during the Korean War.
The funeral will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 from HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., Worcester with a Mass at 10:30 a.m., in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 34 Ward St. Worcester. Calling hours in the funeral home are Thursday, December 13, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. www.worcesterfuneral.com
