Grace Phipps (nee Song, BoAe), 61, from Belleville, IL, November 22, 2018. Grace was born in Seoul, Republic of Korea. She was the devoted wife of USAF Colonel Gary J. Phipps and the devoted mother of Elizabeth Ann Phipps and Christopher James Phipps. Preceded in death by her beloved stepdaughter, Tanya Katherine Phipps.
