VENUTO, Giovanna (Venuto) Of Dedham, November 12, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Antonio Venuto. Loving mother of Joseph Venuto and his wife Joan of Dedham, Pauline Maione and her husband Sebastiano of Westwood, Rosa Tedeschi and her husband Louis Jr. of Dedham, and Anthony J. Venuto and his wife Christine of Norwood. Grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Sister of Frank Venuto of Randolph, Santa Perino of Randolph, Sebastian Venuto of Weymouth, Josie Schiavo of Westwood, Connie Totino of Westwood, and the late Carolina Ruggeri, and Catarina Gangemi. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Giovanna was a loving mother, avid gardener, and loved to cook for family and friends.
Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, Saturday, Nov. 17 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours at the funeral home Friday, Nov. 16 from 4-8pm. Interment in Brookdale Cemetery, Dedham.
