Herbert A. Roberts, 67, of Walpole, died September 21 in the Norwood Healthcare following a brief illness.
Born in Norwood, February 15, 1951, the son of the late Herbert Roberts and Lillis (Cullinane) Conway, and the step son of James L. Conway of South Walpole.
Herb was a lifelong Walpole resident and a graduate of Walpole High School.
He had worked for Kendall Mills and the former L.F. Fales Company.
Herb enjoyed watching all the Boston sports teams.
In addition to his step-father he is survived by his brothers, Dean F. Roberts and James L. Conway, II of South Walpole.
He was the brother of the late Deborah Hancock and Gene Roberts.
A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, October 4 in the Ginley Funeral Home (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 892 Main , Street Walpole from 5-7 p.m.
