Mary L. (Rogers) Raposa, age 69, of Dighton, passed away on Friday September 21, 2018. She was the beloved wife of William G. Raposa, and daughter of the late David and Anna (Branco) Rogers. She was the Cafeteria Manager for Dighton-Rehoboth School Department, Health Inspector for Dighton and Rehoboth, softball coach for the town of Dighton, and an avid Patriots and Red Sox fan.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children; Lisa Marie Newnum, Jennifer Pombo (husband Jorge), and Kathleen Cardin (fiancé Joseph Dernoga), sister; Brenda Rose, grandchildren; Andrew Newnum, Jason Pombo, Justin Pombo, and Sean Dernoga, and several nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday from 5-8 P.M at Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River. By request of the family funeral services will be private.
