KELLEY, Ethel C., of Winthrop, at the age of 78 on August 31, 2018 passed away at home after a long illness. She was the daughter of the late Thomas U. Kelley and Ethel F. (Brown) Kelley of Revere Ma. She lived in Revere, Ma, until moving to Winthrop in 1988. She was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School in Revere and Catherine Gibbs School in Boston. She is survived by her three brothers Thomas U. Kelley and his wife Barbara of Pisgah Forrest N.C., Robert N. Kelley of Winthrop and Paul S. Kelley of Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Also survived by several nieces. Funeral from the Maurice W. Kirby Funeral Home 210 Winthrop St. WINTHROP, on Friday September 7, at 9am. A Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church-Winthrop at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Interment will follow in Winthrop Cemetery (Bell Isle Section). Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, Sept 6 from 4 to 8pm. Ethel was the Past President of the Winthrop Improvement and Historical Association, member and Past Vice President of the Winthrop Catholic Women’s Club and Past President the W.R.
