Patricia A. “Patsy” Wood, 70 of Londonderry, NH died Monday August 27, 2018 at her home. Patsy was born in El Paso, TX on October 19, 1947, a daughter of the late Arnold and Florence (Plocharczyk) Roberts. She had resided in Londonderry for more than 25 years, formerly living in Derry, NH. Patsy had a great sense of humor and was quick witted. She loved singing on the porch with her family and friends. Patsy also enjoyed all sorts of crafts.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, John W. Wood of Londonderry, two sons, Johnnie Wood and his wife Joy of Hooksett, NH, and Jamie Wood and his wife Lisa of Londonderry, two daughters, Kristen Farnell and her husband David of Derry, and Kimberly Wood of Londonderry, seven grandchildren, Kellsie, Patrick, Taylor, Matthew, Nicholas, Curran and Autumn, her step-sister, Donna Ouellette, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister, Priscilla Gurley.
Following cremation, calling hours were held on Friday August 31, 2018 from 4 – 7 pm in Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry. A memorial service followed at 7:00pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations to be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
