Albertine (Pruitt) Smith, 85, of Anderson died August 13, 2018 at Miller's Merry Manor in Chesterfield after a brief illness.
Albertine was born October 20, 1932 in Eastman, Georgia, the daughter of Albert and Ila (Hutto) Pruitt.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Smith of Anderson, whom she married April 8, 1956 in Brunswick, Georgia; her daughters, Pamala (Larry) Quarles of Anderson and DeEllyn (Brad) Kitchen of Chesterfield; three grandchildren, Shauna (David) Sarah, Sarah Hill and Jackie Kitchen; four great grandchildren, Lily Hill, Eli Hill, Violet Hill and Caleb Sarah.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
Cremation took place.
Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
