Barbara A. Murphy (85) of Brockton died August 17th in the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. She was the wife of the late Gerard Murphy and Eugene Hill.
She was born in Boston and grew up in East Bridgewater daughter of Marie O. Cusimano of South Carolina. Barbara was a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish and a graduate of East Bridgewater High School, loved bingo, whist and active in the Council of Aging.
In addition to her mother she is survived by 2 sons, Darryl J. and wife Judith Hill of Easton and Steven E. Hill of Spring Branch, Texas, (mother of the late Brian M. Murphy), a brother Peter Cusimano of Lynn, a sister Virginia Murphy of South Carolina, (sister of the late Leonard Cusimano), a granddaughter Haley Hill of Easton, also was a cousin of the King family.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Tuesday August 21st from 5-8 pm. Cremation to follow.
