In Raynham, August 16, 2018, Elsie (Joubert) Costa, Age 82, passed away in Life Care Center of Raynham following a brief illness. Elsie is survived by her husband George Costa of Raynham. She was born in Taunton, the daughter of the late Harold & Marion (Pierce) Joubert. Elsie had resided most of her life in Raynham. She was educated in Taunton schools. Elsie was an avid reader, enjoyed bird watching and was devoted and loving wife, mother grand and great grandmother who cherished her time with family. Elsie is survived by her daughters, Dawn David and her husband Douglas of Assonet and Kim Costa of Raynham and her late son Kenneth Costa. She also leaves her grandchildren, Tammy David, Timothy David and great grandchildren, Nathan, Noah and Ezra. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Harold Joubert, Lawrence Joubert and Mildred Dutra. A funeral home service will be held on Wednesday, August 22nd in the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. Taunton, MA 02780 at 10am. Relatives and friends are also invited to visiting hours on Tuesday from 6-8pm. Burial will be in Westville Cemetery in Taunton.
