Alexander F. "Sandy" Taber, Jr., of Tiverton, RI passed away Wednesday, August 8, 2018 with his best friend Kathy Duff by his side. He was husband of the late Shirley F. (Lawrence) Taber.
Born in Fall River, son of the late Alexander F. Taber, Sr. and the late Anna F. (Carpenter) Taber, he was a lifelong resident of Tiverton. Mr. Taber was the owner / operator of Fox Meadow Farm. His passion and love for his farm was passed down from his father Alexander Sr. He vigorously farmed until his passing.
In addition to his best friend Kathy Duff and her family, he is survived by 4 sons: Alexander F. Taber III of Westport, Andrew J. Taber of TX, Joshua J. Taber of Tiverton and James D. Taber of Attleboro; a brother: John Taber of Marion; 7 grandchildren; a niece and a nephew.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10 AM.

Interment in Pleasant View Cemetery, Tiverton.
