Celia Ann Montgomery, 62, of Ojai, passed away on Sunday evening August 5, 2018.
Mrs. Montgomery was born on August 13, 1955 in Salinas, California and she was a county resident for the past 50 years, coming from Salinas. Celia was a data base manager for 5 years working for the Ojai Valley School.
Celia enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, baking, and drawing.
Celia is survived by her beloved husband of 43 years: Duane Joseph Montgomery; her daughter: Melissa Montgomery, of Buena Park; her sons: Jared Montgomery and his wife, Erika, of Vista, CA and Ryan Montgomery of Tucson, AZ; her brother: Tony Christopher; her sisters: Editha O'Neill, of Oxnard and Stella Vandegrift, of Ramona, CA; her grandchildren: Nia Montgomery and Abbeygale Montgomery.
Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am on Friday, August 10, 2018 in St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 185 St. Thomas Dr, Ojai, CA 93023. A Most Holy Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am directly before mass. In lieu of flowers. please honor Celia with a memorial donation to your favorite charity.
