Francis R. Kuthan peacefully was welcomed into the loving arms of his parents Raymond and Gertrude (Moraux) Kuthan on August 5, 2018.
A longtime resident of Acushnet, Frank had graduated from SMU (UMass Dartmouth) and had worked at Fernandes, Aegis and retired as a science teacher from Diman Vocational School.
Frank was most proud of being an Acushnet School Committee member, a girls softball coach and an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox.
He is survived by his sister Pauline (John) Tavares, his brother Ronald (Janet) Kuthan, his aunt Yvette Moraux, his nieces Karin, Kim (Marc), Christine, his nephews Kevin (Julio) and Keith (Tara), his great nieces and great nephew Megan, Alaina, Evie and Logan, many loving cousins and great friends.
The family wishes to thank the earth angels at Whaler's Cove Assisted Living and Community Nurse Home Care for their compassionate care and loving support to Frank and his family.
Celebration of Life to which relatives and friends are invited will be Thursday, August 9, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier Parish, Acushnet at 10 AM.
