Anne Marie Shone (Duggan) age 93 of Canton, formerly of W. Dennis passed away July 28th at the Cape Cod Hospital. Born and raised in Boston, she graduated from Mt. St. Joseph’s Academy. She was a devoted wife and mother and lived in Canton for many years before moving to W. Dennis. Anne was an avid reader and a Boston sports enthusiast. Beloved wife of the late Edmund L. Shone. Mother of Thomas G. Shone of Norwood, Kevin J. Shone of CA, Maureen A. Shone of Weymouth, Susan M. Shone of Canton and the late Edmund L. Shone Jr. Sister of the late Marianne Leahy, Claire Rouleau, Eleanor Neelon, Cecile Meagher, Ruth Dunn and Tom Duggan also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Laurie Shone of FL and Brian Shone of Norwood and loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. Visiting hours in the Dockray and Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton on Wednesday 4-7PM. Funeral Mass in St. John the Evangelist Church 700 Washington Street Canton, on Thursday at 10:30AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Canton Corner Cemetery.
