Phillip P Ouellette (58) of South Boston passed away unexpectedly July 26, 2018. Devoted father of Raychel and Hayleigh Ouellette , Grandfather of Kaiden Parker. Son of the late Richard Ouellette and his wife Patricia (Flaherty) Ouellette. Brother of Stephen , Denise, Cheryl and Lisa Ouellette. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visiting hours at the Casper Funeral Home, 187 Dorchester Street, SOUTH BOSTON on Thursday (August 2nd) from 4 to 8 PM. Interment services are private.
