Sidney L. Jodrie, 76, of Lancaster, NH, passed away on Friday July 27, 2018 at the Country Village Healthcare Center. He was born in Berlin on June 1, 1942 the son of Leonard H. and Pauline J. (Goddard) Jodrie and was raised by his father. He served with the US Navy. Sidney lived most of his life in Nashua, NH, moving to Lancaster 6 months ago due to declining health. He was a chemist with Nashua Corporations for many years and loved to attend flea markets and garage sales. He also enjoyed collecting coins and camping in Key West, FL.
Family includes his daughter Stephanie Fortin and husband Steven of Berlin, NH; grandchildren Michael Jodrie and wife Jamie and their daughter Leona of Milan, NH, Jesse Fortin of Berlin, NH and Maegan Fortin of Berlin, NH; sisters Jeanie Roberts of Springhill, FL, Maxine Jodrie of Rochester, NH and Linda Gillingham of Gorham, NH: nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Christopher Jodrie, in April of 2018.
Graveside Services will Military Honors will be held on Wednesday August 1, 2018 at 11 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Milan. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
