Passed away peacefully at home on July 17, 2018. Victor was a heavy machine operator with Local #49B for Cemstone for 40 years. Survived by children; Sandy (Frank) Toensing, Bud (Diane) Anderson, Carole (Larry) Roberts, Bruce (Gina) Anderson; 14 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by wife Shirley; children; Vicky, Harry, JoAnn, Cynthia; parents Palmer and Mary; special friend Jeanne Olson. Visitation Saturday (7/21) at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E 7th Ave North St. Paul, from 1:00-5:00; private family interment at Union Cemetery at later date. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the family.
