New Bedford – Hipolito Santana-Figeuroa, age 69, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Born in Naguabo, Puerto Rico, he was the beloved husband of Esmeralda Arroyo and son of the late Hipolito Santana and the late Valentina Figueroa.
He is survived by, his wife, Esmeralda; his children, Edna Santana, Sandra Santana, Lilliam Santana, Hipolito Santana and Sonia Santana; step-children, Juana Ruiz, Yaritza Ruiz, Saira Ruiz, Sarai Ruiz and Carlos Collazo; as well as many grandchildren, sons-in-law and daughters-in-law.
His visiting hours will be held on Thursday evening at Iglesia De Dios Ministerio De Restauracion located on 87 Ashley Boulevard, New Bedford, MA 02746 between 5:00-9:00 P.M. A funeral service will be held on Friday morning at the same church and location as listed above, set to begin between 11:00-11:15 A.M. Burial will immediately follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
