Lucille D. (Fisichella) Mastrogiacomo age 77 of Zephyrhills, Florida died Saturday June 30, 2018 at the home of her daughter under the care of hospice. She was the devoted wife of Anthony E. Mastrogiacomo for 60 years.
Lucille was born and raised in Boston a daughter of the late Dominic and Dorothy (Zizzo) Fisichella and had lived in Brockton for 35 years before moving to Florida 12 years ago. A graduate of Boston Girls High School, Lucille had worked at the Gillette Co. in South Boston for 11 years before retiring in 2005.
In her free time Lucille enjoyed gardening, cooking arts & crafts and charitable work. She will be remembered as a humorous, loving, mischievous and nurturing woman who loved any holiday or event that focused around family. She loved teaching the little kids games and songs.
In addition to her husband, Lucille is survived by her children Dorothy Hamm and her husband John of Brockton, Barbara Snow and her husband David of Pembroke, Nancy Milster and her husband Frank of Mexico, Missouri, Joseph Mastrogiacomo of Groveland, MA, Jennifer Larrivee and her husband Joseph of Brockton and Susan Rego and her husband Sean of Brockton. She also leaves 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and was the sister of Dorothy Edlin of Iowa and the late Constance “Connie” Johnson (her twin), Frances Williston, Frank Williston and Anthony Fisichella.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont St. (rte. 123) Brockton on Thursday 4-8. The procession will gather at the funeral home on Friday at 8am for a Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 9am. Burial will be at a later date.
