Cecil Clayborn Webber, 89, of Prosser, passed away on June 21, 2018 in Kennewick.
He was born on January 7, 1929 in Huntsville, Washington to Randolph Clayton Webber and Iris (Brooks) Webber. He was raised and educated Walla Walla and Waitsburg. Cecil married his high school sweetheart, Betty Baim and they made their home in Waitsburg until making Prosser their home in 2009. Cecil worked as a mechanic for a wheat farmer in Waitsburg and for Walla Walla County until retiring.
Cecil is survived by two daughters, Susan Webber of Prosser and Karen Hermanns (Charles) of Hermiston, OR; granddaughter, Elizabeth Neustal (Kris) and two great-grandchildren, Samantha Hermanns and Nicole Neustal all of Hermiston. He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty-three years, Betty Webber; his parents; and four sisters and three brothers.
