Agnes Rose (Ciaccio) Salvatore of Reading died on Wednesday, June 20, at Winchester Hospital. Born and raised in Boston's North End, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Giaimo) Ciaccio.
Agnes was the beloved wife of 55 years to Larry Salvatore, and the devoted mother of Joseph Salvatore and his wife Donna of Winchester, Gina DeFilippo and her husband David of Reading, Leanne Rich and her companion John Fusco of Medford. She was the loving grandmother of Lauren and Michael Salvatore, David Jr., Gianna and Joseph DeFilippo, and Isabella and Michael Rich, and the dear sister of Leonard, Anthony, Vincent and John Ciaccio. Agnes is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Monday, June 25 at 10:30 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 11:30 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Sunday, June 24 from 4 through 8 PM.
