Obituary

Mr. Richard N. Lesperance, 71, of Methuen passed away on June 15th at his home. The son of the late Ovila and Ida (Lachance) Lesperance. He was born in Lawrence and was an area resident all of his life. Mr. Lesperance served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam war. Upon returning home he went to work at Gillette as a mechanic for 38 years till his retirement. He enjoyed his motorcycles and his annual trip to Laconia, NH for bike week. Mr. Lesperance enjoyed WWE wrestling, New England sports, his dog Coco and supporting local law enforcement. Most of all he love to be with his family. Along with his parents, Mr. Lesperance was pre-deceased by his brother Robert Lesperance. He is survived by two daughters; Mandi Lesperance of Methuen, and April Lesperance of Milford, NH, one sister; Janice Underwood of Lowell, one brother; Ernest Lesperance of Methuen, two grandchildren; Brianna Lesperance and Blake Cronin. There are several nieces and nephews.
