Carolyn Weldon Adcock, 84, of Suwannee, Florida passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Spanish Oaks Retreat in Savannah. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. Adcock at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 23, 2018, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Adcock's nephews will serve as pallbearers.
Born April 17, 1934 in Tifton, Mrs. Adcock was the daughter of the late Isaac Lundy Weldon and Florence Hansford Weldon. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dinsmore Adcock; and one daughter, Debra Adcock Pappas. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Adcock is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly Adcock Willis and Jeff Willis of Savannah; two grandchildren, Claire Willis Brandewie and husband Drew Brandewie of Washington, D. C. and Jefferson Willis of Atlanta; one sister, Sara Frances Cravey of Tifton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
