Elizabeth B. (Sinopoli) Hover, 93, of Whitman, passed on June 14th at Life Care Center in West Bridgewater. She was wife of the late Robert W. Hover, Sr.
She was born in Cohasset, daughter of the late Nicola and Felicia (Migliaccio) Sinopoli. She is survived by 4 children William H. Hover and his wife Kathi, Felicia A. Cavicchi, Nancy J. Hover-Small and her husband Fred, and Robert W. Hover, Jr. and his wife Karen, also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren and her sister Jessie Walsh. She was also the sister of the late Rose Umbrianna, Vincent, Nicholas and Mary Sinopoli.
Betty worked for many years for the Whitman Public Schools and the Brockton Hospital.
Her funeral services will be held on Thursday June 21st at 8:15 from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St (Rte. 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman, followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00AM in the Holy Ghost Church, Whitman. Burial will be in the St James Cemetery, Whitman. Visitation will be on Wednesday June 20th from 4:00-8:00PM.
