Nora Ellen Fowler, 67, of Tifton passed away Monday, June 11, 2018, at her residence. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mrs. Fowler at a later date.
Born September 28, 1950 in New York, New York, Mrs. Fowler was the daughter of the late Joseph Byron Duffel and Jane Claire McCloud Duffel. Before retiring, she was a school teacher.
Mrs. Fowler is survived by her husband, Chester Fowler of Tifton; one son, Adam Fowler of Atlanta; one daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Michael Thompson of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Paula Duffel of Kings Park, New York; one brother-in-law and his wife, Robert and Judy Fowler of Westland, Michigan; six grandchildren, Kayli Fowler, Logan Fowler, Emma Jane Thompson, Emmett Thompson, Emory Claire Thompson and Ethan Lashley Thompson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
