Letisia E. (Tucceri) Collins 93 of Needham and formerly of Natick died Saturday June 9 at the Briarwood Rehabilitation Center in Needham.
She was the wife of the late John J Collins. A Needham resident for 35 years she was born in Wellesley the daughter of the late Angelo and Irma Tucceri.
Mrs. Collins worked for 30 years as a Customer Service Representative for Stop and Shop in the Natick, Framingham, Chestnut Hill and Needham Stores. She enjoyed bowling at the Fairways Lanes in Natick, playing bingo with Debbie, rooting for Red Sox, knitting, making blankets and cooking wonderful Italian meals for her family.
She was the devoted mother of Neil Collins and his wife Karen of Nottingham NH, Angelo Collins and his wife Maureen of Narragansett RI, John J Collins and his wife Carolyn of Natick, Thomas Collins and his wife Jeanine of Cape Coral FL, and the late Deborah L Collins, sister of late John, Angelo Joseph, Octavio and Frank Tucceri.She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Service on Tuesday June 12 at 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home 4 Park Street, at Natick Common. Visiting hours are on Tuesday beginning at 4:00 P.M. prior to the service.
Burial will be private.
