JENNINGS, Jane L. (Morgan) Of Westwood, formerly of Jamaica Plain, June 8, 2018, passed away after a period of failing health. Jane is survived by her loving husband Patrick Jennings of 47 years, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Jane was born in Montgomery, Alabama and was raised in Jamaica Plain. She was a proud graduate of Boston College and taught mathematics in the Boston School System for 33 years. In her free time she was an avid reader and loved to travel and enjoyed her yearly trips to Aruba. Jane was always the happiest when she was spending time at her home in Nantucket.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 13 at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., DEDHAM, from 9:00am to 10:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Denis Church, Westwood, at 11:00am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made in Jane's memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
