MULHERN, Thomas J. Of Needham formerly of Jamaica Plain, June 8, 2018. Beloved husband of Peggy Tierney Mulhern. Devoted father of Katherine Herrick and her husband Brad of Needham, and Laura Mulhern of New York, NY. Loving grandfather of Ryan and Tommy Herrick. Son of Elizabeth Concilio of Dedham and the late Joseph Mulhern. Step-son of Thomas Concilio. Brother of James Mulhern, Joseph Mulhern, Elizabeth Mulhern, Barbara Corsi, Michele Murray, and the late Michael Mulhern. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Tom was proud of being a business owner and his Forest Hills roots. His happiest times were those spent grilling on his back deck with family and friends, being on the golf course, and any day at the beach.
Visiting hours at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave., Needham, Monday, June 11 from 4-8pm. Funeral Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Needham, Tuesday, June 12 at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment private.
