FALL RIVER – Deolinda M. Venancio, age 85, of Fall River, passed away on May 30, 2018 at the Catholic Memorial Home. She was the loving wife of the late Francis P. Venancio. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Ermelinda (Costa) Mello.
Deolinda is survived by her grandchildren Melanie Venancio, Ryan Venancio (wife Alyssa) and Jill Venancio; great-granchildren Myles and Rylyn as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her 2 sons Paul and Brian Venancio; brother Manuel Mello and sisters Evangelina Carvalho, Georgina Moniz, Diamantina Medeiros, Laura Dunham and Dorothea Mello.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St., Fall River Monday with extended calling hours from 9:30-10:30 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael’s Church at 11:00 A.M.
