William A. Campbell, Jr., of Medford died peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 30th. Born and raised in Cambridge, he was the son of the late William and Lillian (Coles) Campbell.
Bill was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and was the youngest boy to receive The Eagle Scout Award in Cambridge.
Bill and Patricia moved to Medford in 1990, where they raised their two children. He was a skilled plumber and contractor. He was a hardworking man.
When Bill was not working he enjoyed camping with his family, and spending time at his cottage in Maine. William was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend
William was the beloved husband of Patricia (Reilly) Campbell. He was the devoted father of William A. Campbell III and the late Krystle M. Campbell. Loving grandfather of William A. Campbell IV and Olivia Krystle Campbell. Dear brother of Wilma Bledsoe, Elizabeth Dube, Cheryle and Chris Campbell.
A funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Sunday, June 3rd at 7 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 3 - 7 PM. Burial will be private.
