Geraldine F. “Jerry” Bischof, 94, of Louisville passed away under Hosparus care at the Nazareth Home surrounded by her devoted family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie, her son, Johnny, and her brother Sonny Coy.
Jerry is survived by her daughters, Madonna Trulock, and Patricia Bowman, nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, as well as three sisters and three brothers.
Jerry was a founding member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. She was a member of St. Lawrence Ladies Auxillary and the St. Lawrence PTA. She volunteered at Kosair Children’s Hospital and for twenty-two years volunteered at St. Mary’s and Elizabeth Hospital
Jerry enjoyed bowling, BINGO, and especially her grandchildren. She loved to travel anytime and anywhere.
Visitation will be Friday, May 18 from 2 – 8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, May 19 at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 1925 Lewiston Drive, with burial to follow.
