Feinberg, Richard Ross of Swampscott for 34 years, formerly of Chelsea on Monday, May 14th, 2018. Beloved husband of Laural S. (Segal) Feinberg. Devoted father of Julie Lucas of Lynn. Loving son of the late Julius Feinberg and the late Helen (Bulafkin) Feinberg. Dear brother of Stuart Feinberg of Swampscott and brother of Ralph Feinberg and his wife Janet of Newton. Beloved “Papa” of Kyle Lucas and Dylan Lucas. Cherished uncle of Jordan Feinberg. Richard was graduate of Chelsea Schools, then further his education by receiving his Masters from UMass-Boston, he then later went on to teach Government in Chelsea High School. Richard also was a member of the School Committee in Swampscott for 15 years along with spending time as a High School Basketball referee and Commissioner of the Dual County League for many years. Adjunct Professor of Government at Bunker Hill Community College. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 15th at 12noon in the Greenview Cemetery-232 Fuller Street, Everett, MA. Relatives and friends invited to attend. Memorial observation will be held at his late residence immediately following burial until 7PM and resuming Wednesday from 12-7PM.
