WESTBROOK- Sherman P. Bickford, age 69, passed away on May 11, 2018.
He was born in Watertown, NY on June 4, 1948, a son of Chester and Mary (Gale) Bickford.
Sherman proudly served his country. For 20 years, he served in the United States Air Force and spent many of those years at distant bases working as a radar specialist.
He will always be remembered for his love of the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and camping. He was also an avid reader.
Sherman is predeceased by his father- Chester; and siblings- Marsha Roch and Ronald Bickford.
He is survived by his wife- Jean Bickford of Colorado Springs, CO; mother- Mary VandeWalker of Scarborough; siblings- Virginia Jordan of Westbrook and Connie Bickford, SSJ of Dundee, NY; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be private amongst his beloved family.
