Michael J. Mutascio, Jr., 45, of Pawtucket RI, died unexpectedly at his home May 10, 2018. He is survived by his son Kevin J. Mutascio of Somerville, his mother Arlene (Alpert) Marrocco and his stepfather Paul of Brockton, and his father Michael J. Mutascio, Sr. of Mobile, AL. Mike is also survived by his sister Pamela A. Mutascio and her husband Brian Welch and Brian’s daughters Evangeline and Verena of Holden, and Kevin’s mother Regina Hill of Attleboro.
Mike was born in Stoughton, grew up in Sharon and was a 1990 graduate of Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School in Easton. He was a talented Machinist with Smith & Nephew for over 25 years and enjoyed golfing, camping, and fishing.
Mike was a kind and generous person who always had a positive outlook on life and who would go out of his way to help anyone he knew. His greatest joy and accomplishment was being a loving father to his son Kevin. He will be fiercely missed by his family and friends.
Visiting hours will be held at the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) in Brockton on Wednesday May 16, 2018 from 4 to 6pm followed by a memorial service at the funeral home at 6pm. Immediately afterward will be a Celebration of Life at Town Spa Pizza in Stoughton. All are welcome to attend.
