IVAS, JASON “Jay” of Avon formerly of Dedham and Quincy, age 39 passed away suddenly on May 6, 2018.
Proud father of Libby Kamps. Loving son of Pauline (Jay) and James Ivas of Avon, Joseph Lewis and Denise Gottwald of Wareham, Catherine Lewis of Weymouth. Grandson of the late John and Anna Jay, Dorothy (MacArthur, Lewis) Oliver and the late Donald Oliver. Brother of Anthony Ivas, Lisa Bennett Tirrell, Joseph and Nicholas Lewis, Elizabeth Concannon and the late Ryan Ivas. Jay is survived by many family members and friends.
Visiting Hours will be held at Casper Funeral Home located at 187 Dorchester Street in South Boston on Sunday, May 13 from 1-4 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael Church in Avon on Monday, May 14 at 10 AM followed by interment at St. Michael Cemetery in Avon.
