Fairhaven – Shirley (DeSouza) Guidry, age 50, of Fairhaven, passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018 at Our Ladys Haven with her family by her side. She was the the daughter of Elaine (Cobbett) and Ronald DeSouza of New Bedford.
She was born in New Bedford and worked for Met Fisheries.
She is survived by her sons, Craig Parsons Jr and Joseph Parsons; parents; Elaine and Ronald; 6 grandchildren ; 1 brother, Ronald DeSouza Jr.; sisters, Diana Matos and her husband Manuel, Renee DeSousa and Suzanne Lopez; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Laura Mendes.
