Patricia J. (Capra) Vieira, of Orlando, FL formerly of New Bedford died May 2, 2018 peacefully at home.
She was the wife of Ernest Vieira.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph V. Capra and Daria A. (Giovanelli) Fernandes and step-daughter of the late Edward Fernandes, she lived in New Bedford most of her life before moving to Orlando, FL in 2017.
She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church.
Survivors include her husband; 2 sons, Ernest Vieira, Jr. and his wife Fernanda of New Bedford and Eric Vieira of East Providence; a daughter, Susan Vieira of Orlando, FL; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Sharon Durant and Cheryl Bendiksen.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 7th at 12 Noon in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 247 North St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.
