SWANSEA – Maureen Jean Souza, age 70, passed away on April 22, 2018 at Country Gardens Nursing Center surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Souza. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Anna (Buckley) Chace. Maureen loved to sing, dance and play bingo. Most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Maureen is survived by her daughter Lorri White (husband Jay) of Fall River; sister Judith Graves of Newport, RI; 3 grandchildren Alysha, Dylan and Derek. She was predeceased by her sister Carol Ann Smith.
Her calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Wednesday from 2-4 P.M. with a service to immediately follow. Cremation to follow. www.rogersfuneral.com.
