Elaine Yvette Jesmer, age 62, of Derry, NH passed away on Friday April 20, 2018. She was surrounded by her loving family, husband Foster Jesmer and daughters Laurie Jesmer and Kristen Arnold.
Elaine was born on December 13, 1955 to parents Raoul Allard and Theresa (Kirouac) Allard. She is survived by her beloved Husband of 43 years, Foster Jesmer, her daughter Laurie Jesmer and wife Cheryl Rousseau, daughter Kristen Arnold and husband Stephen Arnold, three grandchildren Madilyn, Everett and Connor, mother Theresa Allard, sister Donna Kuceris, brother Roger Allard, her wonderful caregiver Jennifer Aileen Enamorado, and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Elaine had a love of nature and was happy spending her days in the garden surrounded by her beautiful flowers and singing birds. She loved to watch the birds at her many bird feeders and often made her husband Foss chase the squirrels away over and over again. She had a small furry friend that she named "Chippy" who would jump up on her lap and eat sunflower seeds right from her hands.
It was the simple things in life that gave Elaine the greatest pleasure. Being with her family was the most precious thing to her. No matter how hard her day was, Elaine always had a smile on her face and love for those around her. Nothing made her happier than watching her three adorable grandchildren Madilyn, Everett and Connor play and grow up.
Elaine was predeceased by her father Raoul Allard and sister Irene Duke.
Calling hours were held on Tuesday April 24, 2018 from 5-8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry NH. Funeral services were held on Wednesday at 1pm at Peabody Funeral Home that followed in Forest Hill Cemetery, East Derry Road, East Derry NH.
