Laura L. Delmonaco of Natick died peacefully in her sleep at home from the complications of progressive pulmonary hypertension on April 15, 2018. She was the devoted wife of John V. Delmonaco and the loving mother of John Jr. and Brooke M. Delmonaco both of Natick. Laura was the cherished daughter of Molly Hanna Glidden of Natick and the late Lloyd E. Merritt. The beloved granddaughter of both the late George L. Hanna and Margaret V. Hanna. She is also survived by her wonderful step-father of 25 years, Bill Glidden; along with three step-brothers, Todd Glidden, Ryan Glidden and Christopher Glidden, also several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Born in Natick on September 23, 1968, Laura grew up in Natick where she lived much of her life. A 1986 graduate of Natick High School and graduate of Blain Cosmetology School. She also took several business courses at Mass Bay Community College. Along with being a mother and homemaker, Laura enjoyed her most recent job as a Visiting Angel working with the elderly and disabled. She had also been employed at Whitney Place, again giving her great satisfaction bringing smiles to the elderly. Since childhood she was a great lover and protector of animals. She has left behind her best and loyal friend, Bandit, a handsome German Shepherd and Bruin, her cat, for whom she loved and cared for. During her young teen years, she won several ribbons horseback riding which filled those years with pride! For those who knew Laura, her quick wit and great sense of humor will be remembered.
